Congratulations on your purchase. The girls at MOKA are looking forward to meeting you all.
Due to the extreme response we are asking you all to help us make your introduction to MOKA as smooth as possible. Please read the following terms carefully.
Our last voucher created a lot of calls and delays in initial booking times, please be patient as you will receive all treatments and will have 6 treatments from your first appointment. Our after hours appointments will be Tuesday and Thursday nights and we are open on Saturdays. We are open Monday to Saturdays. Our Salon is at 515 Sandgate Road, Clayfield. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited, so please make sure you know where we are.
After hour appointments wont be available until late August. But remember as long as you book your first appointment before December you will still receive all treatments.
You have received 6 IPL underarm hair removal treatments, 6 bikini hair removal treatments, 6 microdermabrasions and 6 red light treatments. These appointments are done every 4-6 weeks or on availability. You will need to shave the underarm and bikini line cleanly (no hair) the night before to avoid any rashes. Please do not arrive with a shaving rash or hair in the area of treatment or we are unable to treat you. Please refrain from self tan, spray tans or waxing for 4 weeks prior. If your hair is fair, blonde, red or very fine IPL is not suitable for you.
On arrival you will need to present your voucher (no voucher, no treatment) and fill out our profile and consent forms, once this is completed we will take you thru to perform your hair removal, micros and then redlight treatment. This will take approx 45 mins. The order of treatment may alter. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, please be aware that you will forfeit a treatment if notice is not given. You will also forfeit a treatment if you also miss an appointment.
